 Nail conditioning package
Our conditioning program is created to untrain your dog’s brain and help change their perspective. Once your dog has decided that nail trimming or being handled is a painful or negative experience it is important that we stop and address these feelings.
Regaining the trust your dog has lost is the first step in our program. We not only validate your dog’s fears but also give them the ability to face and work through what they fear most. Doing this through a series of weekly 30 minute sessions is a careful but consistent approach that creates the ultimate confidence in your pup. Our sessions are a combination of relationship building, encouragement, rewards, structure, and boundaries. These are all the ingredients necessary for success, and how much of each is required will be dependent on your dog and what their specific needs are.
- Basic Nails — 4 sessions, $700
Half-hour sessions for dogs with no other behavioral issues besides fear of nail care.
- Complex Nails — 5 sessions, $950
Half-hour sessions for dogs with multiple behavioral or medical challenges (e.g., fear of humans, separation anxiety, health complications).
Please note: Dogs with a history of serious aggression or biting may require an additional surcharge due to the increased risk and specialized handling. We’ll discuss any specifics once we’ve met your dog and assessed their needs.

 Grooming conditioning package
Our conditioning program is created to untrain your dog’s brain and help change their perspective. Once your dog has decided that grooming is a negative experience it is important that we stop and address these feelings.
Regaining the trust your dog has lost is the first step in our program. We not only validate your dog’s fears but also give them the ability to face and work through what they fear most. Doing this through a series of weekly 30-50 minute sessions is a careful but consistent approach that creates the ultimate confidence in your pup. Our sessions are a combination of relationship building, encouragement, rewards, structure, and boundaries. These are all the ingredients necessary for success, and how much of each is required will be dependent on your dog and what their specific needs are.
- Grooming Program — 4 sessions, $1,250–$1,550
Fifty-minute sessions for dogs who struggle with the grooming process; price depends on behavior and type of groom.
- Grooming & Nails Package — 6 sessions, $1,650–$1,950
Four fifty-minute sessions and two half-hour sessions for dogs who struggle with both grooming and major nail issues.
Please note:
- In order for us to continue to be able to help the dogs and families like you who need us most, we are unable to keep every grooming client who goes through our program. Unless your dog has true human aggression we will likely be working towards transitioning them to another groomer who we work closely with that shares our style and values.
- Dogs with a history of serious aggression or biting may require an additional surcharge due to the increased risk and specialized handling. We’ll discuss any specifics once we’ve met your dog and assessed their needs.

Please keep the following in mind:
- We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before cancellations, or the full appointment time will still be charged.
- As we only work with one dog at a time, we schedule our day accordingly, so early or late drop-offs or pickups cannot be accommodated without prior notice.
- Because we work with only one dog at a time, and we deal with many different behavioural issues, we ask that you do NOT show up early for your appointments and that you text or call if you will be late. If you are early, you will be asked to leave and come back, as arriving early takes away time the client before you has booked and paid for.

															Robbie
My husband and I got a rough collie pup with the best of intentions but we were not prepared for the keen intelligence and needs that made our boy, Robbie, overly reactive in many common settings and we needed help. Kelsey put Robbie at ease right away and both her and Kaila brought out the best in Robbie – and in me. I’m so grateful to know these two young women who boosted Robbie’s confidence, and my own. They are professional, loving and brimming with positive energy! I can’t thank Kelsey and Kaila enough for the tremendous support they have offered to Robbie and to our family
